Tennis Court Information

The Forest Brook HOA tennis courts are open from 10am-10pm (Sunday-Thursday) and 10am-11pm (Friday and Saturday). Tennis court use is limited to paid HOA recreational members and their guests. Basic members and non-paid recreational members can not be guests. All guests must be accompanied by the paid recreational member. All residents and their guests must abide by the following tennis rules.

• Proper tennis shoes must be worn on the courts.
• The court furthermost from the pool may be reserved up to 24 hours in advance of playing time. This court may be reserved for a one hour playing time for singles play or 1.5 hours of doubles play.
• When people are waiting to play, players on the unreserved court should limit their playing time to one hour.
• During summer vacation children under the age of 16 shall yield the courts to adults after 7:00pm, Monday-Friday. Summer vacation is from the time school lets out to when it resumes. Children under the age of 16 are encouraged to play during the day to allow court time for adults in the evening.
• Children's toys such as bicycles, roller skates, skateboards, big wheels, etc, are not allowed on the tennis courts at any time.
• Please keep the gates shut and locked and all times.
• The lights should be turned off when play has been completed.
• ALTA teams are allowed to reserve one court (the one closest to the pool) for practice during the Spring and Fall seasons. Teams must post these times on the bulletin board at the court and they shall remain unchanged throughout the season.
• ALTA team captains are responsible for emptying the on-court trash cans and cleaning up the bathrooms when play is complete.
• When space is available, vehicles should be parked in the parking lot by the pool.



• Violations of these rules can result in suspension of tennis court privileges
